Driver Ed FAQs

How old do I have to be to begin driver's education in Alberta?

Students may take driving lessons after receiving a learner's permit and are at least 14 years of age.

When is my teen able to get a drivers license?

A student may get a driver's license at the age of 16.

How long does the student have to complete the Driving Course?

Students have one year to complete the course.

What is your refund policy?

Sierra Driving School will only offer refunds if the student has not begun classroom hours. The tuition is non-refundable.  Please contact the office if you have special circumstances or questions about this policy.
